We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (full-time) to join our team in Vienna.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate will be part of the Commercial Operations team and will work closely with the marketing and event management, product management, design team and sales teams.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with demonstrated digital marketing experience and will support the Marketing Team in setting up paid performance marketing campaigns and strategies and managing Lexogen’s digital tools (including SEO, SEM, email marketing, website strategy, and social media…) on a global scale.

The focus will be on creating effective campaigns for brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation on multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to increase online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
• Manage small and large-scale digital campaigns across relevant channels, including search, social, email/marketing automation, display, and third-party partnerships.
• Develop, execute, analyse, and report on digital initiatives and campaigns.
• Ensure on-time and within-budget delivery for all digital campaigns.
• Coordinate the creation and delivery of creative assets as needed for campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives focused on brand awareness, customer acquisition, expansion and lead generation.
• Operate tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Jira.
• Understanding of marketing automation campaign execution; HubSpot experience preferred.
• Manage maintenance, data quality and segmentation in HubSpot.
• Closely monitor performance KPIs.
• Keep up with the latest developments in your channels by sharing reports, learnings, and best practices within the

Job requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in performance marketing with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and various tracking tools.
• Experience in other channels is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, such as HubSpot, is required.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent understanding of optimizing and scaling campaigns.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask and handle a number of projects at once.

Qualifications and experience

• A university degree or equivalent work experience in marketing is required.
• 3+ years of experience with digital marketing strategies and omnichannel tactics, including marketing automation, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Experience in life sciences/biotech is preferred.

Please note, according to the Austrian Collective Agreement for Utilisation Group III, the legal, minimum, full-time salary for this position is EUR 2,093.98 paid 14 times per annum.
